In order to maintain a strong working relationship, we have outlined the terms and conditions that govern our media advertising contracts. 1. Scope of Services

At Rapid City Seo, we offer a broad range of SEO services to help businesses improve their online visibility and drive organic traffic. Our team of highly skilled professionals will tackle various aspects of your website's optimization, including keyword research, on-page optimizations, technical SEO, link building, and more.

2. Duration and Termination

The duration of our media advertising contract will be mutually agreed upon by both parties, depending on the specific goals and requirements of the project. Either party reserves the right to terminate the contract with a written notice of x days. In case of early termination, the client will be responsible for paying any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date.

3. Payment Terms

All payments for our SEO services are due x days from the invoice date. Rapid City Seo reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not received within the specified timeframe. A late payment fee of x% of the outstanding balance may be applied for payments received beyond the due date.

4. Confidentiality

At Rapid City Seo, we understand the sensitivity of your business information. We assure you that all client information shared with us during the course of our media advertising contract will remain strictly confidential. Our team will handle all data and sensitive information with the utmost care and take necessary measures to protect it from unauthorized access.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights arising from our SEO services, including but not limited to content, reports, analysis, and recommendations, will belong to the client upon receiving full payment. Rapid City Seo retains the right to use anonymized data and results for research and statistical purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rapid City Seo will make every effort to provide high-quality SEO services and achieve the desired results. However, in no event shall Rapid City Seo be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our media advertising contract, including but not limited to loss of revenue, business, or data.

7. Governing Law

This media advertising contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or country where Rapid City Seo is based. Any disputes arising from or related to this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
